PV took an early lead, but in the mid-game, Tundra managed to briefly even the score. After a while, Clement “Puppey” Ivanov’s squad regained their footing, and the game ended in their favor.
Liquid played confidently across all lanes and led for most of the game. In the late game, the teams traded the lead and the initiative several times, but in the end, Liquid emerged victorious.
Thanks to this victory, the “Horses” improved their standing in the standings and now sit at 2-2—along with BB Team and Tundra; PV is now in contention for second place in the group with three points.
The seventh tournament in the BLAST Slam series runs from May 26 to June 7. The group stage is being played remotely, while the playoffs will be hosted by the BLAST studio in the Danish capital. A total of one million dollars is up for grabs among the participants.
