CS2 LAN tournaments announced for Comic Con Baltics 2026 and Hong Kong Comic Con 2026

In May 2026, Counter-Strike 2 fans can look forward to two unique LAN tournaments, which will take place right at the venues of the largest pop culture festivals.

The first event will be hosted by Vilnius. From May 22 to 24, Comic Con Baltics 2026 will take place in Lithuania. As part of the Baltics Gaming Expo gaming zone, teams will compete in a LAN tournament with a prize pool of five thousand euros. Youth teams will compete in the Baltic championship: the Phantom Esports academy roster and the G2 Ares squad will battle for the trophy.

Immediately after that, Asia will take the baton. From May 29 to 31, the inaugural Hong Kong Comic Con 2026 will take place. In addition to top-tier Hollywood stars, the organizers of this large-scale festival are placing a huge bet on their own Esports Arena. This high-tech venue will host a full-scale international CS2 tournament, bringing together local audiences and international guests.

It is worth noting that this is far from the first such experience for the organizers of the Baltic festival. A year earlier, a similar championship, Comic Con Baltics 2025, was held in Vilnius, drawing a local audience to the LAN finals. At that time, four teams competed for a prize pool of three thousand euros as part of the tournament. The Danish team Tricked Esport celebrated victory at the event, defeating Forever 2-0 in the decisive match to claim the championship title and the top cash prize.
