Just days after the president announced that Paris would host the next Esports World Cup in 2026, this competition underscores the country’s ambition to become a leading venue for international esports events.

Earlier, it was announced that one of this year’s most anticipated esports events—the Esports World Cup 2026—will take place in Paris, not in Saudi Arabia.
